Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in our corporate office based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and analytics as part of our Media team. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and will partner closely with the broader Media team on digital strategies to meet KPIs, use data to direct decision making, and identify and test new strategies to improve performance. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the digital media marketplace and reaching target audiences. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports or people-management responsibilities.
The primary responsibilities include:
Leading our SEM efforts, including analyzing campaign data and translating it into actionable insights
Managing and forecasting SEM budgets, monitoring performance regularly, and alerting stakeholders when attention is needed
Collaborating with the broader team to identify objectives and goals for each division and implementing the best digital ad strategies to achieve goals
Ensuring campaigns are implemented timely and accurately
Designing optimized experiences for targeted audience segments and developing a testing roadmap that includes a process for organizing results & aggregating learnings, including clear communication to relevant stakeholders
Developing, implementing, and troubleshooting pixel and tracking tags, including creative and placement tags, in partnership with the team to support media goals, with responsibility for documentation, testing, and ongoing troubleshooting
Serving as a primary escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving campaign discrepancies, ad serving errors, broken creative, and 3rd party tracking issues
Managing issues with reporting visualization tool and working directly with the Business Analytics team to resolve issues
All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or relevant field
Comfortable with reading & writing Google Appscript
A deep knowledge of PPC, tracking techniques, and data analysis
Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets
Experience with efficiently managing large marketing budgets
A proven track record for developing testing strategies that deliver marketing wins
Good communication skills. Able to effectively communicate concepts to individuals with varying levels of digital marketing knowledge
Cross-channel marketing experience
5+ years of previous related experience
Hybrid role: minimum 3 days per week in office; requirements may vary by Division/Department

Preferred:

Experience with SEO and best practices
Experience in the homebuilding industry
Enterprise account management experience overseeing budgets greater than $1,000,000
Experience with Big Query, Python, Machine Learning/AI, and various data visualization tools (Power BI)
Demonstrated success executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & ad landing page strategies
