Klutch MFM is hiring a Founding Account Executive in Tempe to help launch and scale a new growth motion focused on AI-powered sales coaching and recruiting solutions. This is not a maintenance role. The mandate is to build pipeline, win new business, shape the local playbook, and become an early commercial leader in a fast-growing category.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new business through calls, emails, and networking
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Sell recruiting services and our AI sales coaching platform
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Partner with recruiters so you can focus on closing deals
What We're Looking For
- Competitive, driven, and outgoing
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or recruiting experience is a plus
