The Assistant Talent Manager helps coordinate talent, performers, guests, and partnerships for live productions, media projects, and special events. This role supports booking, communication, logistics, and relationship management from invitation through event completion.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building relationships, and keeping moving parts organized.

Typical Day

Reach out to performers and guests

Coordinate booking logistics

Schedule calls and rehearsals

Track confirmations and contracts

Communicate with sponsors and partners

Prepare event documents

Follow up with talent

Support live event production

Strong interpersonal skills

Professional written and verbal communication

Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Detail-oriented

Event coordination experience preferred
