About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President, Sales Administration to spearhead the growth and management of its sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line revenue across various product lines, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and leading a team of over 30 sales professionals. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in high-touch, consultative selling, and the ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level. The EVP will be tasked with establishing and enforcing a consistent sales methodology, creating a culture of accountability and excellence, and fostering a high-performance sales environment. Experience in private aviation, luxury services, or premium B2B markets is highly valued, and the role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, standards, and enablement.

Candidates for the EVP position should have at least 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on consultative, high-ticket selling. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales compensation design, CRM architecture, and a working knowledge of emerging AI and automation applications in sales. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing, operations, and finance, and the ability to lead a team through significant process and cultural change while maintaining a client-first orientation. The EVP will be expected to travel regularly and must be adept at talent assessment, recruiting, and development, with a proven ability to build and retain high-performing sales teams.
