Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager supports the day-to-day management and growth of key client accounts across Atrium's import business. This role works across Account Management, Product Development, Design, sourcing, and Production, and logistics to move products from concept through delivery while helping identify opportunities for future growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Support Account Managers with client communication, pricing, samples, timelines, approvals, and follow-through on open action items.
Partner with Product Development and Design to move concepts from initial idea through sample approval and production.
Support the creation of trend, concept, and client pitch decks, along with costing, artwork approvals, assortment planning, and competitive research.
Build a strong understanding of each client's brand, customer, priorities, and whitespace opportunities.
Track product development and production milestones, identify risks early, and coordinate with internal teams and factory partners to
Maintain accurate product, SKU, costing, and order information across internal systems and shared files.
Approach account management with a growth mindset by identifying new product ideas, seasonal initiatives, marketing moments, and
Account expansion opportunities.
Contribute to a collaborative culture of curiosity, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in account management, merchandising, product development, retail, sourcing, sales, or a related field

preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to understand broader business objectives.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for every next step.
Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to learn the apparel and consumer products business.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity using Canva and AI platforms to support research, presentations, communication, and productivity.
Experience with apparel, consumer products, retail, or international sourcing is helpful but not required

Education:
Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business, fashion, marketing, supply chain, or a related field preferred
