Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Global Marketing Manager to support owned and licensed brands through partner accounts, including retailer partners and collaborations. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of seasonal marketing materials, packaging, business development tools, retailer marketing, campaign tracking, and recaps. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the development of marketing strategies to support key retail partners across owned brands, including digital and in-store activations, special capsules, and partnership initiatives.
Manage the development and execution of seasonal assets to support key retail partners, including brand shop updates, media network ads, emails, in-store visuals, PDP assets, and related materials.
Create seasonal recaps and in-campaign reporting decks to track seasonal launches, special projects, and media buys.
Serve as the key point of contact for internal sales teams for all marketing requests and manage upward communication to the Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing as needed.
Support the field team with seasonal campaign updates, marketing tools, and special project collateral.
Own the recap process and gather feedback for domestic wholesale partners.
Own the creation and project management of seasonal marketing tools.
Collect buys by division across all brands for domestic and international wholesale partners.
Own and manage shooting briefs and seasonal style outs, ensuring style selections align with retailer and partner needs.
Support the development and tracking of trim packaging, including new trim naming, icons, and maintenance of master trim guidelines.
Partner on recruitment and management of the Marketing intern, including defining responsibilities, tracking projects, and completing end-of-intern feedback.
Serve as the liaison with universities regarding necessary communication, paperwork, and related coordination.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5+ years of experience in fashion, retail, event, marketing, or media.
Experience in trade marketing or working with Macy’s is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and working with image and video files.
Highly motivated with a strong can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

The pay range for this position is: $85,000 - $90,000 per year.
