In our NIKE stores, we use special titles for our positions: for example, "Head Coach" for a store manager, "Assistant Head Coach" for an assistant store manager. Also, "Coach" is the term used for a department manager, "Lead" for a team leader, and "Athlete" for salespeople. Join the NIKE, Inc. team!
As an Athlete, your mission will be to:
Leverage your expertise in quality service and product knowledge to serve and offer consumers a premium brand experience
Help Leads and Coaches train new employees
Contribute to the smooth running of various services (e.g., handling cash, managing stock in and out, restocking products in store, organizing displays) and recommend products to meet sales goals
Use your knowledge of digital devices to link online and in-store purchases or in-store services
Inform consumers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services
Improve your own knowledge through our tools and training to stay up-to-date. Also: seek to better understand sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture

Sales experience is a plus
