Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist (NC)

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist to join their team. As an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Consumer Technology Business Operations & Portfolio Governance supporting engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist (NC)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range: $25-28/hr on W2
What's the Job?

Support employee engagement leads in executing engagement action plans

Draft and edit articles, blogs, and forums to enhance virtual community engagement

Assist with collecting and organizing metrics such as event attendance, survey results, and employee feedback

Help translate complex content into clear, employee-friendly language using provided guidance

Coordinate logistics and executional details for meetings and events, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging employee audiences

High attention to detail and accuracy in coordinating logistics and maintaining materials

Ability to follow established processes, guidance, and standards efficiently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
