Content Marketing Writer - Product Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Content Marketing Writer to develop compelling, strategic content that fuels customer growth, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling copy that fuels demand generation and advertising campaigns.

Write newsletter articles, blog posts, and product-focused stories based on subject matter expert (SME) interviews.

Translate complex technical or accounting concepts into approachable, engaging content that supports revenue goals.

Maintain and manage the content marketing editorial calendar while executing lifecycle email marketing campaigns.

Work cross-functionally with product management and customer success teams to track performance metrics and ensure timely delivery.

Essential Qualifications

Experience:3+years of proven experience in content creation, demonstrating editorial skill, narrative structure, and storytelling ability.

Marketing Fundamentals:Robust understanding of marketing concepts, customer lifecycle, and content strategy.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic HTML (OneWeb).

Curious Mindset: Proactive communicator and curious interviewer capable of extracting insights from SMEs.

Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation and CMS tools (Pardot and Sitecore preferred, but training is available).

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
