About the Role


The Company is seeking a VP, Growth Marketing & Brand to lead the integration of brand, marketing, and revenue in a way that fosters audience engagement through cultural, creator, and community-driven movements. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling enterprise channels, lifecycle marketing, and performance operations to support the global brand strategy. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in modern growth engines, performance marketing, and collaborative brand strategies that drive revenue. Key responsibilities include leading the evolution of the global brand strategy, modernizing the marketing function, and owning the growth marketing engine to expand reach and build supporter relationships. The VP will also be tasked with team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships to ensure that marketing investments directly contribute to awareness, engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Applicants for the VP, Growth Marketing & Brand position at the company should have at least 15 years of senior-level experience in brand, growth marketing, or related fields, with a preference for those who have worked in complex, consumer-facing environments. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in brand stewardship, performance marketing, and a strong background in managing global brand architectures. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to link marketing investments to revenue and engagement outcomes, and experience in engaging diverse stakeholders while maintaining brand trust.
