Kalispel Tribe of Indians is seeking a skilled Director of People & Talent to lead the enterprise HR function. You will drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR partnerships across Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority’s units, shaping employee relations and compensation strategy.
You will coach leaders, ensure compliant, business-aligned HR practices, and collaborate with senior HR leadership to elevate workforce performance and retention in a multi-unit tribal enterprise.
