Fractional Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media/Email) - Contract Work Arrangement: Remote, United States, Contract
Hours: 20 hours with up to 40 hours through the end of Q4
Compensation: $50-$80/hr
Responsibilities: Working with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative.
Flexing into email design as needed.
Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision-making.
Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experience
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Background in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
Experience with email design to support CRM channels
Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
