Vanta is seeking an Internal Communications Director to define the strategy, infrastructure, and cadence of how we communicate as we scale. You will own internal moments from planning to delivery and partner across People, Marketing, and Leadership to align internal narratives with external storytelling.
You’ll craft messages, build channels and governance, and help shape culture and morale with data-driven insights. This is a build-from-scratch leadership role.
