Social Media Specialist - Meme and Creative video

Responsbilities: Harness the trends on the internet and capitalize on them to increase impressions and engagement
Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
Design, execute and help with large social campaignsHelp with managing end-to-end across Binance social accounts
Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance
Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
Requirements: Native or fluent English language is a must
Proficient Mandarin is a plus
Possessing a keen aesthetic sense, one has the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
Deep expertise of the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and/or opportunities for content
Exceptional creativity in content ideation
Minimum 5-10 hours per week commitment
