Senior Product Strategy Manager - HCM Platform & Growth

Paychex is seeking a Product Leader to develop the strategy and overall experience for high impact products within our workforce management platform.
You will drive vision, roadmaps, and features, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Client Experience to monetize and deploy product initiatives.
Preferred candidates have 5 years in product management and marketing, plus a business degree; contact center experience is a plus.
