Colombia News Correspondent Job at Virtual Vocations Inc in New York

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Colombia News Correspondent will collaborate closely with the Latin America editor to produce a set number of articles each month covering significant events affecting the Church in Colombia, ensuring clarity and adherence to editorial standards.
Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the Latin America editor to provide solid news coverage of events and developments in Colombia
Submit the agreed number of articles monthly, adhering to specified length and formatting requirements
Ensure articles are well-written in terms of content, accuracy, style, grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent writing skills in Spanish
At least three years of proven experience as an online news writer or in a comparable role
Able to work in a highly relational and intercultural environment
Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
