Xapo Bank is seeking a Head of Design to lead our design organization and ensure the quality of every customer journey across our client-facing touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term design vision for Xapo's mobile and web platforms.
Own metrics that demonstrate design's business impact and report quarterly to executives.
Partner closely with Marketing to create a seamless user journey.
Oversee user research and journey mapping to enhance usability and reduce friction.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse remote design team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of digital design experience, including 4+ years in an executive leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex interactive product designs.
Proven track record of improving key business and design metrics.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with UX challenges in fintech and digital assets.
