Senior Robotics Service Technician & Reliability Lead

Serve Robotics is seeking a Service Technician III to act as the senior technical authority in fleet repair. You will lead complex diagnostics, coordinate daily repair workflows, and drive quality and reliability across technicians. This leadership-in-role position sets the technical standard for the team.
You will mentor junior technicians, analyze repair data for trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and uptime.
