Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Brand Communications and Content Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of the Communications Department supporting the Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in storytelling, content creation, and enhancing the company's visual and digital presence. Job Title: Brand Communications and Content Specialist
Location: Bowling Green, KY
What's the Job?
Create compelling content including videos, photos, and simple designs that showcase the company's story across various channels.
Manage the production of leadership and team videos, event coverage, and evergreen media assets to support internal and external communications.
Maintain and enhance a library of visual assets such as b-roll, stills, and graphics for quick and effective media use.
Support and improve visitor experiences through visual storytelling, event support, and capturing engaging stories during plant tours and employee events.
Develop engaging digital content for employee apps and other digital channels, utilizing metrics and feedback to optimize content strategies.
What's Needed?
Experience in content creation, storytelling, and multimedia production.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organized workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital content development and familiarity with platform-specific content requirements.
A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
