This role will be the connector between marketing, creative, project managers, and external partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, executed flawlessly, and aligned with business objectives. As a strategic thinker who can see both the holistic view and the details, the ideal candidate brings a unique blend of account management, project leadership, and creative operational expertise. They excel at managing complex campaign workflows, building strong stakeholder relationships, and translating business goals into actionable plans for creative and marketing teams. This individual must have strong communication skills influencing cross-functional partners and guiding day-to-day execution with internal teams and external partners. This role is based at our beautiful NYC hub office.What you'll doCampaign & Account LeadershipLead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, PR events and experiential projects, and collaborative initiatives across multiple channels.Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external teams.Ensure campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success metrics are clearly defined and communicated.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that could impact campaign delivery.Creative Workflow & Operations ManagementOwn and optimize creative intake, briefing, review, approval, and delivery processes.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and production schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives.Facilitate creative reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings to ensure efficient decision-making.Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, processes, and communication across teams.Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner closely with Marketing, Creative, Brand, Digital, Social, Product, Design, PR, and external teams to ensure seamless execution.Translate marketing strategies into actionable creative workstreams and project plans.Align stakeholders around priorities, milestones, and resource requirements.Foster collaborative relationships that enable teams to work effectively and efficiently.Stakeholder & Leadership ManagementBuild credibility and trust with leaders at all levels of the organization.Present campaign status, risks, recommendations, and outcomes to senior leadership.Influence decision-making through strong communication, organization, and business acumen.Navigate competing priorities while maintaining positive relationships across teams.Project Management & ExecutionManage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.Track project progress and communicate updates, blockers, and solutions proactively.Utilize project management tools and best practices to drive visibility and accountability.Who you areRequired Experience5-7+ years of experience in Account Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and creative production workflows.Experience working directly with both internal creative teams and external agencies.Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong understanding of creative development processes and marketing campaign execution.Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Skilled at stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Ability to influence without direct authority.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience within retail, consumer, lifestyle, or agency environments.Familiarity with project management and workflow platforms such as Wrike, Airtable, Smartsheet, etcFamiliar with FigmaExperience partnering with creative, brand, social, digital, and performance marketing teams.Knowledge of modern marketing operations, creative resource planning, and AI-enabled workflow tools.Salary Range: $149,900.00 - $194,900.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
