Lead/Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Creative LeadBennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a senior creative lead to oversee branding, visual communications, and design strategy supporting federal and DoD communications initiatives.Position Responsibilities:Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia productsEnsure brand consistency across all communications deliverablesDevelop high-quality visual concepts and campaignsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to design staffCollaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutionsPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field10+ years of professional design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting DoD, federal, or public affairs organizationsExperience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D designSecurity Requirements:Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace background investigation, drug screening, and credit check.Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
