Don't just read what we're about, join our team and see for yourself.What We OfferAmazing CoworkersCompetitive PayFull Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and more401(K) MatchingPaid Time OffCompany Celebrations & EventsOffice SnacksOn-Site Fitness CenterWhat Can You ExpectThis position is responsible for providing full graphic design support to the Marketing department with key company project, pursuit, and collateral materials.Design and produce marketing collateral (proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, trade show materials); consistent with brand guidelines.Collaborate with proposal team and project champions to create unique branding and compelling graphics to support project and pursuit strategy, often under proposal deadlines, and assist with assembly when needed.Produce and manage graphics for both digital/print collateral materials utilized to market the Company internally and externally.Stay current on design trends and software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).What You Bring to the TableMust have 3-5 years of professional Marketing experience working in the A/E/C industry or related field.Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking direction from and presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders.Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Canva is required.Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution across print and digital formats.Reeves Young is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
