Paid Search Lead - Growth & Strategy for Large Accounts

Monks is seeking a strong Paid Search Lead to drive growth across major accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations while collaborating with cross-channel teams. You will own Paid Search strategy for multiple accounts and present results to client stakeholders.
You will manage budgets, mentor team members, and help shape a holistic digital strategy with forecasting, testing, and reporting. This role requires senior-level communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing agency.
