Come be a part of what's next.About the RoleAs a Measurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and demonstrating the impact of advertiser campaigns on Netflix. By leveraging both first-party and third-party measurement solutions, you will help advertisers understand how their campaigns drive key outcomes such as brand lift, consideration, and conversion. You will be client-first and an end-to-end owner, focusing on priority advertisers for specific verticals. As a measurement specialist, you will provide expert, tailored consultation to maximize campaign impact and contribute to the Netflix broader narrative for your assigned verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute measurement studies using a mix of first-party and third-party measurement solutions to assess campaign effectiveness against an advertiser's stated goals (e.g., brand lift, consideration, conversion, reach).Leverage our internal tools to scale and support pre-sales requests for insights, including standardization of materials that can be used across Sales; where warranted by business impact (i.e customer segmentation), provide customizationDevelop and deliver subject matter expertise for priority advertisers within your vertical, delivering 1:1 consultation and supporting the development of a cohesive vertical narrative for Netflix's advertising solutions.Collaborate closely with Sales as your key internal constituent to ensure a thorough and accurate understanding of the advertiser's goalsIn partnership with the sales team, engage strategically with client side stakeholders on the analytics, measurement, and research teams in order understand their evolving measurement needs, including at the vertical levelDevelop measurement recommendations that are in the best interest of the client and NetflixSupport creation of learning agendas and playbooks for your assigned verticalsOversee the full lifecycle of measurement studies, including sales intake, vendor management, survey design, data analysis, reporting, and presentation of insights.Synthesize complex measurement outputs into actionable insights and compelling stories that help advertisers and internal stakeholders understand campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.Develop and share case studies based on ongoing and completed analyses, contributing to the overall learning culture and external reputation of Netflix Ads.Desired Skills & Experience4-6+ years experience running campaign measurement studies in a digital advertising environment, streaming or traditional TV is a plusStrong understanding of causal measurement methodologies (e.g., brand effectiveness, conversion lift, sales impact, foot traffic).Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including working with external vendors and internal cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication skills, with a talent for translating data into clear, impactful insights for technical and non-technical audiences.Deep curiosity about advertising effectiveness and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.Experience evaluating and diagnosing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) performance, including interpreting model outputs, identifying potential measurement or performance drivers, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, scale analysis, and accelerate the development of insights and client-ready deliverables.Experience with the following advertising verticals is a plus: CPG, Health, Pharma, Retail, Tech, Telco, Dining & QSR
