Senior SEO Director

Leading a high-performing team, the contract Senior SEO Director will oversee SEO strategy and execution for a major enterprise franchise client, focusing on both national and local market initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities

Shape high-level SEO strategy during client kickoffs and ensure seamless execution across campaign lifecycles
Conduct quarterly campaign audits using ranking reports and analytics to measure success and pivot as needed
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8-16 members, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 10 years specifically in SEO
Agency experience required, with deep expertise in on-site SEO, technical SEO, and link building
Proficiency with WordPress and major social media platforms
Proven client-facing experience with enterprise or franchise clients
Strong understanding of content strategy and user experience
