Job Summary:

The Associate Manager,Social Media& Content brings the Cellcom brand to life through engaging social content, authenticstorytellingand meaningful community engagement.You'llown our day-to-day social presence, create compelling content across platforms, capture the moments that matter, and build relationships with customers,creatorsand brand ambassadors. Ifyou'reequal parts storyteller, creator and community builder, this role is for you.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Content Creation

Create engaging social-first content including short-form video, photography, graphics,storiesand reels.

Capture authentic moments at events and in the community.

Maintaina consistentCellcom brand voice and visual identity.

Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.

Manage Social Channels

Own the social content calendar and daily publishing across platforms.

Monitor conversations, engage withfollowersand manage user-generated content.

Stay ahead of social trends, platformupdatesand emerging content opportunities.

Track performance andoptimizecontent using analytics.

GrowCommunity

Manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams,agenciesand creators on campaigns.

Identifyand elevate customer care or reputation issues when needed.

Help tell the stories that strengthen Cellcom's connection to the communities we serve.

Requirements:

3-5 years in social media, content creation,communicationsor marketing.

Strong writing, photography,videoand visual storytelling skills.

Experience managing social channels including Instagram,Facebookand LinkedIn.

Proficiencywith content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe CreativeSuiteand social management platforms.

Comfortable working on-site at events and collaborating across teams.

Organized,adaptableand able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
