Senior Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator Located in Jacksonville, FL, this onsite role supports a high‑producing brokerage team by delivering project management, transaction administration, marketing support, and client‑facing services.
Responsibilities Provide dedicated support to a high‑performing brokerage team, managing a high volume of projects and requests with efficiency and a sense of urgency.
Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members and track action items.
Participate in the management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets, submitting trade records, and supporting paperwork.
Execute marketing campaigns: schedule campaigns, maintain mailing lists, run campaign reports, create marketing flyers, and update websites with recent broker transactions.
Monitor competitor research and data collection, liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data such as company and title searches and property particulars.
Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.
Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers.
Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, handle stressful situations, and work with minimal direction or supervision.
Excellent communication skills, including follow‑through and follow‑up, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
