Head of Growth Marketing - North Miami, FL

Our client, a fast-growing contemporary women's fashion brand, is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and overall digital growth strategy. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can develop high-level strategy while remaining actively involved in campaign execution, team leadership, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across paid media, retention marketing, and ecommerce growth initiatives
Oversee marketing performance, budgets, forecasting, and channel optimization to drive profitable business growth
Manage and mentor internal marketing team members while partnering with external agencies and vendors
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies across multiple digital channels
Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and SMS strategy, segmentation, and campaign planning
Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Analyze marketing performance and attribution data to identify opportunities and improve overall efficiency
Present actionable performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Qualifications

6–10 years of experience leading digital growth initiatives within a direct-to-consumer business
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
Strong hands-on experience managing paid media, customer acquisition, and retention marketing
Experience overseeing marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting
Background in fashion, apparel, or a related consumer brand is strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic business decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in North Miami, FL
