IP Transactions Associate — Media & Entertainment Deals

The People Of: Professional Services in New York seeks an IP Transactional Associate (2nd–4th Year) to join its media, entertainment and IP practice. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and work closely with partners and clients from deal ideation through execution.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of transactional experience, with strong drafting, negotiation and critical-thinking skills.
