Job Summary Reporting to the Regional Manager, Ad Operations, the Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for the traffic, contracts processing, campaign fulfillment, and monitoring of campaign execution for all media and markets in the region.
Job Responsibilities Manages regional inventory availability to maximize revenue recognition of all media products.
Ensures that all campaign's contractual requirements are fulfilled.
Manages the client instructions and associated design assignments to facilitate the timely installation of materials.
Triages with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues.
Assists sales and marketing leadership in identifying trends in the inventory and creating compelling packages for clients and prospects to maximize revenue.
Performs other duties as required.
Job Qualifications Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience: One (1) year experience in a sales support or related role. Media advertising industry experience preferred.
Skills: Posses knowledge of sales principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements: Ability to travel outside of the office 15% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and industry events. Access to a reliable vehicle. Have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits The Targeted Compensation Range for this Massachusetts position is: Min: $25.85 Max: $29.60. Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Installer roles are Productivity Pay eligible. Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
