You will lead and deliver marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and interest in State Street investment solutions and work closely with members of Marketing, Sales, Client Engagement, Strategy, and Product Innovation as well as external agencies and partners.This role will include the following responsibilities:Create and drive client-relevant, scalable and repeatable integrated marketing programs and its key deliverables for State Street products and solutionsPartner with internal and external stakeholders on key business objectives, client concerns and plans to achieve sales goalsWork closely with internal marketing and strategy teams to develop and enhance product materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, web experience and segmented communicationsWork closely with an array of marketing disciplines – digital, social, content, measurement, brand and advertising, and events – to build cohesive and integrated marketing plansPartner with PR team to build assets for earned mediaDrive, measure and optimize the overall client experience for key investment solutionsProactively raise ideas for marketing programs and best practicesMaintain deep understanding of distribution segments, support needs, and competitive landscape – including competitive best practicesMaintain and communicate the status—including obstacles, deliverables and project progression—around a variety of project plans in support of channel and product marketing initiativesProvide marketing leadership and Sales management with reporting metrics on all initiatives/programs/projects on a regular basisManage respective marketing budgets against marketing plansQualificationsBachelor's degree preferably with major in marketing or communicationsTen or more years of relevant marketing experience; previous financial services or product marketing experience preferredFamiliarity with investment conceptsData-driven with a strong understanding of marketing technologyStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence stakeholders across the firmExcellent relationship building and management skillsAbility to influence and collaborate to drive resultsStrategic thinker, creative in approachStrong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritizeLocation and Travel:This position will be based in Boston. Some domestic travel may be required.Salary Range:$70,000 - $130,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
