Account Executive

Are you passionate about building relationships, solving creative challenges, and helping companies transform their environments?

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing client relationships in the commercial graphics, print production, and branded environments industry. In this role, you'll work with businesses, architects, designers, facility managers, marketing teams, and sports and entertainment organizations to deliver high-impact visual branding solutions—from wall murals and environmental graphics to signage, wayfinding, displays, and custom fabricated experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, developing long-term partnerships, and seeing projects come to life.

What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic outreach.

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.

Meet with clients to understand their branding, workplace, and marketing objectives.

Recommend creative print and environmental branding solutions that solve business challenges.

Collaborate with designers, estimators, project managers, and production teams to develop project proposals.

Prepare quotes, presentations, and project timelines.

Guide projects from initial concept through installation while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Conduct site visits and measurements as needed.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity.

Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications
Required

3+ years of B2B sales experience

Experience in the print/signage industry

Understanding of print production or signage processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
