Social Media Strategy Lead at BairesDev
We are seeking a Social Media Strategy Lead to define the vision and direction of our social presence, turning platform-specific opportunities into business impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines data-driven thinking with creative storytelling to build strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

What You'll Do:

Develop and own the overarching social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives.

Lead paid and organic social initiatives, coordinating with media buying and content teams.

Conduct audience research and social listening to uncover insights that shape content and campaign direction.

Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks for all social media channels.

Guide creative briefs and collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing content.

Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience in social media strategy or integrated digital marketing.

Deep knowledge of organic and paid social media across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and X.

Strong experience with social listening and analytics tools to extract actionable insights.

Proven ability to develop strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement.

Experience collaborating with creative and media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
