Graphic Designer / On-Site Presentation Designer
About The Role
Our Graphic Designer / On-Site Presentation Designer is responsible for designing and managing high-impact PowerPoint presentations. This is a client-facing role that works directly with presenters from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about presentation design, has superb graphic design skills, thrives in fast-paced live environments, and is confident operating in high-visibility settings with clients, executives, and producers. In addition to presentation work, this role will support graphic design needs including pitch materials, logo design, theme development, and event signage.

We are a fast-moving agency that values creativity, organization, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

About You

Lead the design and development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for live events

Operate graphics and video playback at live events

Partner directly clients to design polished, engaging, and executive-level presentation materials

Translate client scripts, outlines, and messaging into visually compelling presentation content

Ensure presentation decks are accurate, organized, and show‑ready, with strong attention to formatting, consistency, and detail

Support presenters and our on‑site team to ensure smooth presentation delivery throughout rehearsals and live shows

Contribute to client‑facing pitch materials, including presentations, logos, theme development, and supporting graphics

Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively across concurrent assignments

Work late hours and weekends as needed for tight deadlines, peak seasons, and event support

Must be willing to travel or be on‑site 50% of the time.

You’re good at

Working on multiple projects simultaneously

Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve quick turnarounds

Client management and communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization

Taking ownership of high‑level projects from start to finish

Analyzing project needs and presenting solutions based on budget and timeline

Being a team player and willing to do what is needed to support the team

You might also have

Three to five (3-5) years of related experience; live‑event agency experience preferred

Expert knowledge in PowerPoint, or a willingness to learn advanced techniques

Excellent on‑camera and in‑person presence and presentation skills

Advanced experience in Photoshop and Illustrator

Excellent attention to detail

Corporate event experience is a plus

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus, but not required

A valid U.S. passport

You should know

This role prefers applicants in a commutable distance to Chicago, IL (hybrid role)

This role operates on Central Standard business hours

50% to 75% travel is required for this role annually (international and domestic)

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:50% to 75%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Graphic Designer / On-site Presentation Designer is between $55,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
