Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focuse d Product Marketing Manag er to drive the commercialization and lifecycle management of innovative medical capital equipment solutions. This individual will play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, leading new product launches, supporting commercial teams, and delivering data-driven insights that influence business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to execution, thrives in a cross‑functional environment, and has a proven ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, sales, product development, clinical, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive market adoption and revenue growth
Lead cross-functional commercialization efforts for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product management, sales, clinical, operations, and executive leadership
Create positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for capital equipment solutions
Partner closely with sales leadership to develop commercial strategies, launch plans, and customer engagement initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize business strategies
Build pricing models and forecasting tools to support business planning and commercial decision-making
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and key performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations
Monitor product performance throughout the product lifecycle and recommend enhancements based on market insights
Create sales enablement materials including presentations, competitive tools, training content, and marketing collateral
Build trusted partnerships across internal departments by effectively influencing without direct authority and aligning teams around common business objectives
Support product planning by leveraging customer insights, market dynamics, and commercial performance data
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of product marketing exper ience within the medical device industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience marketing capital equip ment
Demonstrated success leading new product lau nches from strategy through commercial execution
Strong analytical skills with experience in: Sales forecasting, Pricing analysis, Market analysis, Business performance reporting, Dashboard development and KPI tracking
Experience interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred
MBA or advanced business degree.
Experience supporting global product launches.
Experience working within highly regulated healthcare or medical technology environments.
Familiarity with CRM, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
