Deputy Finance DirectorThe Wisconsin Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee (WI ADCC) is the only Democratic organization solely focused on recruiting, training, and electing Democrats to the Wisconsin State Assembly.The Deputy Finance Director is responsible for helping Assembly Democratic candidates and incumbents plan and implement successful fundraising programs, as well as helping the caucus reach its fundraising goals. The Deputy Finance Director will report directly to the Finance Director. This role is expected to run through the end of the 2026 election cycle with an expected end date of November 30, 2026.Job Responsibilities:Manage call time for the ADCC candidates and incumbents, prepping calls and conducting follow-up donor correspondence, as well as the thank you programAssist incumbent members and challenger candidates with their fundraising effortsHelp develop and execute a multi-faceted finance plan with programs aimed at multiple donor categories (including PACs, high and low dollar individuals, online, and institutional givers), using a range of tactics, in collaboration with Finance DirectorAssist in planning of small- and large-scale fundraising eventsHelp execute direct mail and online/email solicitationsMaintain and expand donor database making, making it a more useful tool for donor researchAid in regular compliance and preparation of state finance reports for the ADCC as well as assist incumbents with any campaign finance questionsOn-year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary.Qualifications:Ability to effectively work and manage relationships with individual membersExperience with or ability to learn state campaign finance lawsPrior fundraising experience preferred, or minimum one cycle on a campaign, or experience in a similar development

Must be able to take, give, and implement feedbackAbility to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once and keep calm in stressful situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgmentReliable access to a computer and personal transportation is requiredBe a representative of the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee and our policies, including neutrality as directedPhysical Requirements:Working from a computer for long periods of time;Flexibility to work extensive hours outside of normal operating hours;Statewide travel is expected while following public health safety measures.Compensation:Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
