Case Ready Manager/Supervisor

to join its

new, state-of-the-art facility .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Case Ready leader to

head the department, build and develop a team underneath them, and play an important role in the continued growth of this new facility.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BRINGS

Case Ready packaging experience is REQUIRED
Strong background within the

meat processing industry
Pork processing experience is preferred , but candidates from

beef or poultry processing

will also be considered
Previous production leadership or supervisory experience
Strong ability to lead, train, and develop employees
Understanding of production efficiency, quality, and food safety
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to take ownership of a department
Someone who wants the opportunity to

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$75,000-$85,000 salary
