Identify opportunities across Personal Lines insurance products.

Quote available Farmers products and platforms to find the right combination of coverage and value.

Present coverage options based on protection and customer needs — not simply the lowest price.

Recommend appropriate liability limits, deductibles, umbrella coverage, and endorsements.

Account Rounding & Cross‑Selling

Identify opportunities to turn single-policy customers into multi-policy households.

Cross-sell products such as: Home, Auto, Umbrella, Life.

Partner with the Life Insurance Specialist and Commercial Producer when additional opportunities are identified.

Ask for referrals at key customer touchpoints.

Support retention by proactively engaging clients when opportunities or risks are identified.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain complete, timely, and accurate records in the agency management system.

Document quotes, contacts, recommendations, and transactions appropriately.

Follow Farmers underwriting guidelines, binding authority limits, and agency procedures.

Maintain your insurance license and continuing education requirements in good standing.

Follow Texas Department of Insurance requirements and applicable agency procedures.

Follow errors-and-omissions best practices in all customer communication and documentation.
