In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll guide integrated marketing strategies, modernize processes, and partner across the organization to support growth, strengthen our employer brand, and amplify our market presence.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Brand StewardshipDirect the creation and execution of marketing and media relations programs across North AmericaPartner with our media relations agency to enhance brand visibility and maximize strategic coverageEnsure a consistent and compelling brand image across all regions by collaborating with global and regional marketing leadersReview and approve global marketing assets to uphold quality and alignment with brand standardsOversee development of high-quality content across all channels—digital, social, media, and sales collateralDirect social media programs to engage audiences and extend brand reachDemand Generation & Integrated MarketingDirect the development of integrated marketing plans that promote products, technologies, and servicesLead retail and recruiting marketing strategies aligned with broader business goalsCollaborate with Human Resources and leadership to support recruiting and retention through targeted marketing strategiesCross-Functional Collaboration & Operations ExcellenceOversee and continuously improve project workflows within the department’s project management systemLead planning and execution of key corporate initiatives, including Business Update meetings and executive presentationsManage key marketing budget accounts with a focus on efficiency and ROIChampion ongoing process improvements to enhance team performance and deliveryMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Media Relations, along with at least 8 years of related experience.Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDFrequent travel (6-20%)Valid PassportPreferred Qualifications Five years’ experience in the Material Handling or a similar capital equipment industryTen years managing people and five years managing a Marketing Communications departmentExperience successfully building, coaching, and motivating high-performance teams while holding employees accountableStrong leadership skills and history of demonstrated successesExcellent communicator with ability to influence across all functional areasExcellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issuesDemonstrate both creative and critical thinking skillsInternational experienceWork Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
