Senior Account Director, Marketing & Talent Strategy

We Are Rosie is seeking an Account Director in the United States to lead strategic client relationships and oversee marketing talent and services delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure aligned outcomes, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
The role requires 7–10 years in agency or brand account management, exceptional leadership and communication, and strong negotiation skills. Competitive base salary with quarterly commissions will be provided.
