We are looking for a reliable and creative Shopify Website and Social Media Manager to manage, maintain, and grow our online store and social media presence.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain our Shopify website.

Add and edit products, prices, descriptions, images, collections, and inventory.

Create promotional banners, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.

Monitor website performance and resolve basic technical issues.

Improve navigation, product pages, mobile usability, and basic SEO.

Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.

Write captions that match our brand voice.

Coordinate website promotions with social media campaigns.

Track website traffic, sales, engagement, and campaign performance.

Provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Experience managing Shopify websites and social media accounts.

Knowledge of Shopify products, collections, themes, apps, discounts, and analytics.

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic graphic design and short-form video-editing ability.

Understanding of social media trends and e-commerce marketing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience with email marketing and paid advertising is a plus.
