Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, this role leads integrated marketing campaigns that inspire donors, strengthen CURE’s brand, grow awareness, and engage supporters in the life-changing work God is doing through CURE around the world.
This role combines strategic marketing thinking with strong execution and project management. The Marketing Manager will lead campaigns across digital, email, web, social media, fundraising, direct mail, events, and other channels while ensuring CURE’s messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned with its mission.

Why CURE?

At CURE International, your work has a direct connection to transforming the lives of children and families around the world. CURE operates pediatric surgical hospitals in countries where children often have little or no access to the specialized care they need, while also sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with patients and their families.
As part of the CURE team, you will have the opportunity to use your marketing expertise for something bigger than marketing. You’ll help tell stories that inspire generosity, build relationships with supporters, and connect people to a mission that is changing lives.
CURE is a collaborative, purpose-driven organization where people are encouraged to bring their skills, ideas, and passion to their work. If you are looking for a role where your marketing experience can make a meaningful difference, we invite you to join us.
