Everlane is seeking a Senior Digital Designer / CRO Lead to shape and optimize the digital experience across the customer journey. You will blend strong visual design with data-driven CRO to improve site performance.
You’ll work with ecommerce, product, engineering, data, and marketing teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The LA studio role is hybrid, with three office days per week in the Arts District.
