Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or military experience.
Required Experience: At least 2 years of design experience in a professional setting, at least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), at least 1-2 years of experience with prototyping software, preferably Figma. Portfolio of creative work required for consideration.
Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree or military experience, experience in UX/UI or wireframing, experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response, experience in the financial services industry, experience in photography, video work, or editing, prompt engineering experience, experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere for animation and video editing.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Art Director to design creative across print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, and social media. This role partners closely with copywriters, creative directors, and brand/marketing strategists to develop concepts that are strategically grounded and customer-focused, while managing multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.
Job Duties:
Design creative for a range of print and digital marketing channels
Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and internal marketing/line-of-business partners
Develop big-picture concepts as well as detail-oriented executions
Apply strategic and consumer insight thinking to inform creative decisions
Ensure integrated, on-brand thinking across channels, products, and audiences
Manage multiple deadlines across numerous concurrent projects
Deliver error-free work using best practices and strong attention to detail
Incorporate feedback and determine when to build from scratch vs. leverage existing solutions
Present creative work compellingly to varied internal audiences
