- Create and execute short (one year) and long term (four year) global market business plans
- Lead development and execution of regional business plans, product launches and market development strategies for Beacon and Dragonfly
- Collaborate with our 3rd party strategic partners to develop the business case and market requirements for new innovations
- Continually evaluate and recommend timely adjustments of strategy and tactic execution
- Identify key global market opportunities for share gain and category growth
- Understand competitive offerings and commercialization tactics globally
- Develop strategies to overcome regional barriers to adoption and improve patient access
- Maintain regular communication pathways with all regional marketing partners
- Establish strong relationships with influential healthcare professionals
- Support strategic forecasting planning in partnership with Operations
- Execute yearly business plan tactics as outlined by Global Marketing leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, sales, strategy and/or portfolio management, or advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, sales, strategy and/or portfolio management
- MBA or advanced degree (Nice to Have)
- Experience influencing teams and working in a matrix organization
- Strong and on-time execution focus with stakeholders including sales teams in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with key societies and physician leaders
- Strong quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills
- Proven track record of planning and execution
- Ability to balance development of strategy plus experience in bringing that strategy to life through execution
- Experience within the pancreaticobiliary space a plus
