Responsibilities:Deliver against ambitious business objectivesProvide platform, product, and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environmentEngage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform productsResponsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the digital product platformEngage with businesses and shape business and product requirements into platform requirementsOwn the overall platform business plans and roadmapsDrive product development for new initiativesMake appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-marketMaintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the companyAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/EngineeringAdvanced degreeExperience leading digital initiativesExtensive experience working with engineers and developers to understand what is technically possible, how to translate customeStrategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the servicing spaceAbility to communicate effectively with technical teamsEducation:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
