Content Creator / Producer (Short-form) Design · US Remote · Contract

You make Reels, TikToks, and Shorts that feel native to the platform instead of like ads that wandered in. Some briefs arrive scripted. Others are a product and a goal, and you fill in the rest.This role stays open year-round because short-form demand never arrives politely. A client signs, a launch date lands, and we need creators who can move that week. When a brief comes in, we send the concept, the product or footage, the deadline, and the pay for that job.

What the work looks like:

Filming and editing platform-native short video, usually end to end

Working from a brief, or pitching concepts when the brief is thin

Reading what a trend actually is before it stops being one

Quick revision rounds, often same-week

Contract, project-based, remote. Typical pay is $25 to $45 an hour, or a flat rate per video for fixed-scope briefs.

What we're looking for

A strong grasp of short-form platform trends and pacing

Comfortable filming and editing quick-turn social content

Able to work from a brief or generate concepts independently

Reliable turnaround on deadlines

Bonus: experience with platform-native formats or trend-led content
