Role Summary: Create, edit, and maintain technical, product, and marketing content, translating complex technologies and product information into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Create datasheets, whitepapers, solution briefs, technical guides, FAQs, product documentation, and sales enablement content.
Translate engineering specifications and product requirements into business-focused content.
Explain product features, architecture, integrations, workflows, and customer benefits.
Support product launches with accurate technical content.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Creative, Web, and SMEs.
Ensure content is technically accurate, clear, consistent, and customer-focused.
