We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Enablement Content Specialist
to join our Business Outfitters team. This role plays a vital role in creating, managing, and optimizing sales and sales operations training and onboarding content, as well as the operational aspects of the sales enablement function. As the Sales Enablement Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales and sales operations content, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligns with the sales/company strategy. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing sales and sales operations processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Training Content: Collaborate with the sales enablement team and Learning Technology Specialist to develop training materials, including e-learning modules and training guides. Ensure that training content aligns with sales strategies and objectives.
Training Execution/Knowledge Transfer: Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to support the Sales Enablement training programs. Partner with Sales leaders with Account Executive onboarding and training coordination. Report training updates to Sales Enablement Manager and Sales/Ops leaders.
Training Content Organization & Repository: Develop and maintain a systematic and user-friendly content repository of Sales training and materials. Ensure that sales and sales operations materials are easily accessible, organized & tagged for easy retrieval for the team. Identify and determine where content/resources are housed. (LMS, SharePoint, etc.)
Knowledge Management: Improve and maintain knowledge management resources for sales and sales operations to ensure that the teams can easy retrieve information to be successful in their roles.
Version Control: Manage version control and document history for all sales and sales operations materials to ensure consistency and compliance with company messaging.
Event Planning and Venue Coordination: Assist with Sales Summit planning and execution including training with cross-functional partners. Oversee the Chicago Showroom schedule, submit Chicago Showroom invoices for payment, train and assist internal teams with Chicago Showroom processes and procedures.
Content Updates: Regularly update and refresh training and sales and sales operations content to reflect product changes, market developments, and sales strategies. Coordinate content updates and distribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with the sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Act as a liaison between different departments to drive collaboration, communication, and facilitate alignment.
Documentation and Reporting: Document and track sales enablement processes and initiatives. Prepare reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
Technology Support: Assist in the management and optimization of sales technology tools, including CRM systems and sales automation software. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate software updates.
Sales and Sales Operations Optimization: Work closely with sales and operations team to identify and implement process improvements. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Sales and Sales Operations Collateral Creation: Develop and create a variety of sales collateral, including FAQs, presentations, brochures, case studies, and data sheets. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with branding. Maintain and updates sales and sales operations collateral to stay relevant.
Sales Playbooks: Develop and maintain sales playbooks and sales motions that guide the sales team through different sales scenarios and customer interactions. Ensure sales plays are regularly updated to reflect market changes and product updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience in training content management and development, preferably in a sales or marketing context
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales technology tools, and training platforms
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content and operational metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proficiency in content creation tools and software
Ability to adhere to Lands' End Attendance expectations.
This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite in Dodgeville, WI (Monday - Thursday in office, Friday is remote). The fourth week is fully remote.
