Account Manager

Job Summary: Green Key Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. You will have the opportunity to create your own market, while having the ability to build a team underneath you . We are open adding Account Managers with either direct hire or temp expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment requirements.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms of employment, including salary and benefits, between clients and candidates.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, within an agency setting.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
